ATTENTION:

The registration is valid only after funds transfer confirmation from our bank; this is why it's important that you specify all the details requested in the registration form.

In order to benefit from the number of credits, it is mandatory to pay the registration fee and to participate throughout the event. (18 - 21.10.2023)

PAYMENT DETAILS:

- Please specify the last name and first name of the participant for whom you are paying and the event (eg: Your name/Registration Fee RSN CONGRESS 2023).
- The value of the Participation Fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the terms in the pricing table above.
- For participants who register and pay the Participation Fee after 15.09.2023 we cannot guarantee all RSN CONGRESS 2023 materials in a timely manner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All requests for cancellation of registration at the scientific sessions of RSN CONGRESS 2023, must be sent electronically to the e-mail address: contact@rsncongress2023.ro with the subject: CANCELLATION OF RSN CONGRESS 2022 REGISTRATION
• Cancellations received until 15.09. 2023 inclusive - full refund
• Cancellations received during 16.09. 2023 - 30.09. 2023 - 50% will be refunded
• Cancellations received starting with 01.10. 2023 - no refund will be made.

ATTENTION!

• Access for all the participants is permitted only based on the Participant Badge which can be picked up from the Registration Desk.
• In case a participant doesn’t present the participant badge, the organizers have the right to restrict their access to the event.
• Participants will choose their seats on “first come, first served” basis. Therefore, we recommend to plan for an early arrival at the premises.
